This is the official site for The Showdown, an exciting new sailing regatta that promises to be one of Tasmania's biggest and best annual sailing events. Based at the RYCT's Sandy Bay clubhouse in Hobart and sailed on the broad waters of the River Derwent, 'The Showdown' is a three day event starting with a twilight spinnaker event for keelboats on the evening of Friday, 29th October.
